ShutterGuard serves the purpose of both burglar bars and blinds in one unique product, meaning you no longer must have your home look like a prison! It is perfectly at home either indoors or outdoors and various installation styles are available giving great flexibility to meet your needs.
What sets ShutterGuard apart from any other Security Shutter on the South African market is it’s patented design to lock the louvre inside the jacket, meaning that even when the shutter is attacked with a crowbar and the louvres are bent or damaged, they will not pop out like competing products on the market making it the only true Security Shutter in South Africa!
It also uses a 60mm long stainless throw bolt to secure the shutter to the floor and a 34 mm throw bolt to secure the shutter at the top, that’s easily operated using Taylor’s patented single knob 2 way locking system.
Our standard colour range includes the following matte colours: white, bronze, light grey, stone grey and anthracite grey.
ShutterGuard is manufactured locally in Cape Town with a lead time of 3 weeks from order.
